StandardAero To Acquire PAS Technologies
StandardAero will acquire the company to increase its MRO offerings.

StandardAero has signed an agreement to acquire PAS Technologies, which provides support services for the oil-and-gas sector, industrial-gas-turbine and aerospace markets. The transaction, announced today, is anticipated to close within the next 60 days.

“We are very pleased to announce this strategic acquisition and we welcome all PAS Technologies employees and customers to the StandardAero family,” said StandardAero CEO Russell Ford. â€śPAS will align with our current components, helicopters and accessories business division.”

PAS Technologies specializes in manufacturing and repair services, as well as its coating capabilities for new-build and aftermarket components. The company also has experience working on engines such as the PW4000, LM2500, F117, F110, F100, F414, V2500 and CFM56. PAS has six facilities that total approximately 400,000 sq ft: Kansas City, Missouri; Hillsboro, Ohio; South Windsor, Connecticut; Phoenix; Romania; and Singapore.
