Textron Launches 1View Support Platform
1View offers maintenance manuals, flight documents and aircraft service material for Hawker, Beechcraft and Cessna customers.

Textron Aviation has launched 1View, a platform where Hawker, Beechcraft and Cessna customers can access information such as aircraft maintenance manuals, flight documents and aircraft service material. The platform provides the ability to add annotations, complete e-commerce integration to create part order lists, conduct enhanced searches, track history and bookmark important information.

“Developed with input from our customers, 1View provides a simple, easy-to-use platform to access all technical manuals and flight documents," said Textron Aviation senior v-p for customer service Kriya Shortt. “We have already introduced the platform to several customers and their feedback has been extremely positive. We continue to explore solutions to make support more accessible to our customers, and 1View is the latest example of that mission.”

Maintenance, parts, inspections, avionics upgrades, equipment installations, repairs and other specialized services are available at Textron Aviation's 200 authorized service facilities. Its mobile support program features approximately 60 service units with six dedicated support aircraft and on-site technicians.
