Business aviation IT and data group Avinode this week rolled out new features for its TripManager sales management software for charter brokers. The improvements allow brokers to identify which of their customers is most likely to make a booking by automatically analyzing their purchase history.
According to Sweden-based Avinode, other new features include more powerful data management tools and a more efficient workflow. The company has redesigned the customer database so that brokers can now more easily access complete records for each client and so provide a more personalized service. Using a new customizable calendar and map display, brokers can view all trips and customer details in one place. Calendar events can be synchronized with other applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, so that brokers can be reminded of trip deadlines wherever they might be.
TripManager is integrated with the Avinode Marketplace online charter portal to help brokers prepare flight quotes. The system’s new summary quotation generator allows brokers to email aircraft options to clients in a user-friendly format. Summary fields are automatically populated with data from Avinode Marketplace to avoid the need to re-input this data with the risk of making errors.
