ZenithJet Launches Global Jet Acquisition Program
Covers market assessment; aircraft identification; purchase agreement negotiation; oversight of pre-purchase inspection and closing, among others.

Montreal-based business jet broker and technical services firm ZenithJet is now offering a comprehensive acquisition program for Bombardier Globals. Dubbed Gains, for Global Acquisition In-Service, the program covers market assessment; aircraft identification; letter of intent and purchase agreement negotiation; oversight of pre-purchase inspection and discrepancy rectification; closing; refurbishment, if required; and entry-into-service.

“By offering an end-to-end program, ZenithJet provides a single point of accountability, streamlines project management and delivers value for buyers,” the company said. ZenithJet—which has expertise in business jet sales, completions, refurbishment, operations, registration and residual-value assessment—has completed more than 100 Bombardier Global 5000 and Express/XRS/6000 transactions in less than nine years.

“We have exceptional knowledge and experience with Globals, and we wish to focus on this segment of the market,” said ZenithJet president George Tsopeis. “There are more than 700 Globals in service worldwide. It’s all about finding [clients] the right Global, at the right price, under the best possible circumstances.”
