On January 1, New Jersey’s state capital will receive a new FBO, with the opening of a second service provider at Trenton Mercer Airport (TTN). Known as FlightServ, the Avfuel-branded facility on the southeast side of the field is an offshoot of sister company Aviation Charters, which has operated at TTN since 1985. The company believes that its employees' familiarity with charter operations make them well suited to understand the needs of their customers.
“It’s our ability to empathize with our guests that drives our quality of service,” said FlightServ president Paul Weiss. “We understand what it takes to plan and execute a perfect trip for both the flight crew and their passengers. We believe every request can be accommodated and are ready to deliver a completely personalized experience.”
The facility, which offers easy access to both of the airport’s runways, features a crew lounge, dining area, concierge service and Wi-Fi, along with Avfuel’s contract fuel and Avtrip loyalty program.
