VistaJet Doubles Fleet Size in Just Three Years
The Malta-based company has more than doubled its fleet in three years, going from 32 jets at the end of 2013 to the current 70.

Aircraft charter membership firm VistaJet’s all-Bombardier fleet has swelled to 70 airplanes with the recent addition of a Global 6000 and two Challenger 350s, it announced yesterday. The Malta-based company has more than doubled its fleet in three years, going from 32 jets at the end of 2013 to the current 70. Average age of its fleet is less than two years old, it said.


Meanwhile, the company reported a record first half, with global flight traffic rising 23 percent and passenger numbers climbing 20 percent. Earlier this year, VistaJet moved its global headquarters to Malta, where its operations are now concentrated.


“With the three new aircraft we have added to our fleet, we have cemented our position as a company with the global infrastructure necessary to provide a truly worldwide service to our customers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,” said VistaJet chairman and founder Thomas Flohr.
