He further is a member of the university's president’s advisory board and board of trustees and has served on its development, finance, flight safety and student life committees.

Seno’s service also has extended into a range of industry activities, from joining the board of the Experimental Aircraft Association, to co-chairing the National Aircraft Resale Association to serving as president of the National Aircraft Finance Association. He additionally has been active with GAMA, was a charter member of the NBAA Tax Committee and served on NBAA’s Associate Member Advisory Council.

Seno recently also was recently honored with the FAA Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award, amassing 6,500 hours and earning an airline transport pilot rating and a Cessna CitationJet type rating.
