Trine Aerospace & Defense recently completed an A to D checklist on a Learjet 55, a 2A+ on a Falcon 20, Phase A1-6 on Learjet 35s, and multiple inspection Docs on CE-525, CJ 2s and CJ's. The company also has commitments to perform a 12-year inspection on a Learjet 35A, a 12-year/12,000-hour inspection on Learjet 55 and a C check on a Falcon 20.
The MRO said the projects underscore its renewed dedication to business aircraft maintenance, modification and engineering with a distinct focus on legacy airframes, including Learjet, Citation and Hawker. The company hired Andy Olson to be acting general manager of Trine Aviation Services. He has 30 years of business aircraft maintenance experience specializing in heavy maintenance on Learjet airframes.
"Trine has invested in highly trained and experienced technical experts, as well as tooling and technical data, to accommodate inspections and maintenance services on the targeted aircraft," Olson said. "We have developed a deep range of capabilities for these airframes including maintenance, avionics installations, RVSM certifications and much more."
In addition to heavy inspection and maintenance capability, Trine Aero can engineer, manufacture and certify parts and components for these airframes.
