Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC), the interior completions division for parent company Airbus’s private airliner customers, has introduced Super First Class by ACJ, an interior design and completion offering for the commercial world and aimed at “world-class airlines.” “Treat your first-class passengers as VIPs,” suggests Joël Frugier, ACJC general manager, asserting that Super First Class by ACJC is the way airlines “can make it happen.”
ACJC’s à la carte services include artistic design, concepts, architectures, certification, and provision and installation of cabin comfort, in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems, and it can also provide turnkey solutions providing a “bridge between private jets and first class,” according to the company. Aboard widebodies, for example, ACJC can create mini-suites offering a “cozy life-space that ensures comfort and intimacy,” and first-class zones can incorporate soundproofing, illumination, temperature controls, and airflows previously unavailable in commercial aircraft.
