Duncan Invests to Support Gogo Connectivity Customers
Duncan Aviation will provide repairs and spares for Gogo Business Aviation's inflight connectivity equipment.

Duncan Aviation is working with inflight connectivity provider Gogo Business Aviation to provide around-the-clock support for operators with Gogo equipment on their aircraft. Under an announcement made this week, Duncan will offer LRU serviceable units and spare parts from its network of maintenance centers throughout the U.S.

Lincoln, Neb.-based Duncan has invested in the Gogo system spares and will distribute this inventory across 17 of its locations in the U.S. These spares support Gogo’s air-to-ground internet and voice systems with Wi-Fi, iridium-based phone systems and the UCS 5000 smart cabin system.

“With the world we live in today, connectivity in the air has become a true AOG [aircraft on ground] item,” stated Matt Nelson, manager of Duncan Aviation. “People don’t want to fly without it. And with Duncan Aviation’s numerous locations and strategically positioned parts and spares inventory, we are in a position to provide Gogo with quick connectivity solutions for their customers from high-volume business airports across the Unites States.”
