Provo Air Center Rolls Out New Website
The Turks and Caicos-based service provider says its enhanced online presence will speed customer handling.

Provo Air Center, an FBO at the Turks and Caicos Islands’ Providenciales International Airport, has followed up last year’s opening of its brand-new facility with a newly enhanced website. The service provider unveiled the more comprehensive web portal at NBAA’s annual Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference this week in Tampa, Fla.

In addition to finding answers to frequenly asked questions about topics such as Customs and Immigration, travel with pets, flight plan filing, and emergency medical needs, users can also pre-reserve all aircraft and ancillary services such as linen laundering, lav service and hotel transfers.

“By using the online forms to guide users through providing us with all the information we need, we can improve the arrival and departure experience even more than before,” said company CEO Deborah Aharon. ‘Everything can be ready for you in advance.” Another key addition is a flashing alert box, which will warn visitors when there is time-sensitive information (such as runway closures and hurricane alerts) that could affect operation.
