FBO Management System Offers Upgrade
Based on customer feedback, MyHandling.com has issued an enhanced version of its software program.

French software provider MyHandling.com has released an updated version of its web-based FBO management system, which is in use at more than 30 FBOs worldwide, including the entire Skyvalet network of locations in France and Spain. The new, more intuitive version features enhanced displays and a mobile interface accessible from smartphones and tablets to allow ground technicians on the ramp to confirm service items with the location’s operation center. The improvements were based on feedback from customer use, said company founder Pascal Meyer.

“Everyone wants to get as close to instant confirmation as possible,” noted system launch customer Jamel Ladhari, station manager at France’s Chambéry Savoie Airport, adding the system “helped us divide by two the handling time and allows us to focus on attending to our VIP customers at our FBO.” The upgrade optimizes aircraft parking visualization and gateway-to-invoicing software such as Sage, to expedite billing processes, according to the provider. It is adaptable to any size FBO, from those handling a few flights a day to more than 100, and can be implemented within a week, depending on the size of staff.
