Quest Appoints Chilean Kodiak Dealer
Quest is beginning to seek Chilean validation for the Kodiak single-turboprop, which already has received 21 approvals in 31 countries.

Sandpoint, Idaho-based Quest Aircraft continues to expand its international reach with the appointment of Santiago, Chile-based Aeroservicio as its newest authorized sales representative for the Kodiak turboprop single.

Aeroservicio brings more than 50 years of aviation industry experience to its new duties as a Kodiak dealer, Quest noted. “The Kodiak is well suited for a wide variety of operators in Chile and the surrounding countries, and the addition of Aeroservicio will enhance our marketing efforts in this market,” said John Hunt, Quest's vice president of sales for North, Central and South America.

Quest is laying the groundwork for Chilean validation of the Kodiak, which already has received 21 certifications in 31 countries. Quest said a number of other certifications are imminent. The aircraft, which entered service in 2007, is now in operation in more than 20 countries.
