Parts supplier Aviall is offering its online customers in the lower 48 states and Alaska a wonderful early holiday present: free ground shipping. Customers in Europe get the same gift via FedEx International Economy Service shipping. There is no minimum-spending limit to get the free shipping, though customers do need to redeem the offer online, and purchases need to be made before the end of the year.

With a product catalog listing 2 million parts, it is likely Aviall (Booth N2321) has what its customers need to keep their aircraft in top shape. If the aircraft needs servicing on the road, however, they can count on the Boeing subsidiary’s AOG service to support them. The company dedicates 100 professionals (15 of which are multilingual) to get the necessary parts for an aircraft repair out quickly.

The AOG team is on the job 24/7, 365 days a year. Dallas-based Aviall said during NBAA 2015 that it expects to introduce an app for its AOG services as well as digital notifications of parts delivery status soon.
