Appearance Group (Booth N5814), which is headquartered in Wichita, announced on November 11 that it had acquired Dave’s Detailing, dba The Allen Groupe, and its U.S.-based operations. The Allen Groupe had been a debtor in possession operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings since June 2013.

Services will continue at each of The Allen Groupe’s U.S.-based locations using existing employees. With the addition of The Allen Groupe’s locations, the Appearance Group network now provides customers with access to services in 45 sites.
