Argus Eyes International Growth with New Hires
Argus adds five executives to its sales, customer support and development and analysis teams.

Argus International is expanding its sales, customer support and development/analysis teams with the addition of five employees. The new employees—Anthony Brancaccio, Andrew Fischer, Volker Meissner, Rob Michelis and Ed Wassom—bring a combined 99 years of aviation industry experience that Argus said will help expand its customer base and international reach.


Brancaccio, who formerly held sales position with Avantair, Linear Air and LexisNexis, was named market intelligence sales manager, with responsibility for the company’s business aviation market intelligence portfolio of products. Fischer has taken the role of software suite AVMOSYS customer service and support manager. He previously served with Air Charter Services and NetJets. As director of European sales, Meissner will oversee the Argus air carrier and business aviation portfolio of products and services. Meissner previously owned and managed charter brokerage firm Aviation Charter Ltd.


Michelis, who is senior AVMOSYS developer and analyst, previously served as the senior developer for Command Alkon and also has served as project manager for NetJets. Wassom, AVMOSYS regional sales manager, most recently served as Universal Weather and Aviation’s director of global strategic accounts and previously was vice president of sales and marketing for The Aviation Hub.
