Cleveland, Ohio-based Constant Aviation has added Orlando, Fla., to the list of cities in its AOG network. “Since the launch of our AOG mobile response teams, we have seen an increase of customer requests to road trip to aircraft in AOG situations. When we were looking at another possible airport at which to base our AOG team, we realized that the Southeast region was an area that needed additional support," said Kevin Dillon, v-p for AOG perations. The company's Birmingham, Ala.-based AOG team is responsible for the bulk of the Southeast calls, and it expects the new location and additional team members to allow for better and quicker coverage throughout the region.
"The Orlando team will give us the ability to support additional customers in Florida, which is where we see a large number of requests coming from,” Dillon added. Constant Aviation also has AOG teams based out of Cleveland, and Las Vegas. “We are continually looking at opportunities to expand our coverage and are looking to have a team based in the Northeast as well as additional support in the Southwest,” he said.
Constant Aviation’s technicians are available 24/7 to travel anywhere to support the MRO’s customers.
