Cirrus To Live-test Vision Jet Recovery Parachute in Q4
C1, the second of three conforming flight-test SF50s, is currently being outfitted with the ballistic recovery system.
Cirrus Aircraft completed ultimate load testing last month of the ballistic recovery parachute that will be standard equipment on its SF50 Vision Jet and plans to do a live test of this system early in the fourth quarter. FAA certification is "on track" for later this year. (Photo: Cirrus Aircraft)
