Dassault Aviation released its 2015 Falcon Regional Maintenance & Operations (M&O) seminar series schedule on Monday. This year’s tour begins on April 7 in Seattle, Wash., then travels to Chicago (April 9); Shanghai, China (April 15); Paris (April 15 and 16); São Paulo, Brazil (April 23); Toluca, Mexico (April 28); Dallas (April 30); West Palm Beach, Florida (May 12); and concludes in Mahwah, N.J., on May 14. 

“Face-to-face meetings are the focal point of our ongoing effort to optimize communications with Falcon operators,” said Jacques Chauvet, senior vice president of worldwide customer service. “There is no better platform for such face-to-face contact than our M&O Seminars, which is why we continue to improve and expand the content of the seminar programs so customers can most benefit from these important and valuable interactive events.”

Each seminar offers operators an opportunity to meet and talk with Dassault specialists, engineering teams, pilots and supplier representatives. Topics range from the latest customer service and engineering support initiatives to enhancements in troubleshooting and product reliability.
