Pilatus Aircraft delivered the 1,300th PC-12 during a ceremony yesterday at its U.S. division, Pilatus Business Aircraft, in Broomfield, Colo. The milestone aircraft was handed over to California-based, all-you-can-fly membership charter firm Surf Air, which now has four of the turboprop singles in its fleet.

“We are delighted that this milestone aircraft is going into service with Surf Air,” said Pilatus Business Aircraft president and CEO Thomas Bosshard. “Due to its key capabilities and large cabin…demand for the PC-12 NG remains very high around the world. Companies like Surf Air innovate around a travel model that opens access to the benefits of business aviation to many more individuals and companies.”
