Arizona Bizav Group To Host 14th Golf Benefit

The Arizona Business Aviation Association is hosting its 14th annual AZBAA Golf Benefit on March 27 at the Kierland Golf Club at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz. Rounds of golf will be followed by a dinner and awards banquet that includes a raffle, silent auction and live auction to raise additional funds. This year's highlight is a flight in a WWII P-51 Mustang. That ride will be auctioned at the end of the evening. All proceeds from the event benefit a scholarship fund for student applicants enrolled in an accredited aviation education program that focuses on a business aviation career path. "The golf benefit has been an enormous success," AZBAA said, and has raised about $300,000 for the scholarship fund since the inaugural event in 2001.
