Intertrade Opens Singapore Distribution Center
The new facility will speed delivery and reduce shipping costs for Asia-Pacific customers.

Intertrade, a Rockwell Collins company that distributes new and recertified engine and airframe parts, opened a new distribution center at the Singapore Changi Airport to store and ship inventory.

“The investment in a Singapore distribution center brings significant benefits to our Asia-Pacific customers, namely in the form of quicker delivery and reduced shipping costs,” said Shawn Berquist, director of Intertrade. “Time is not a luxury that our customers have when they need parts. Now we can respond to Asia-Pacific customers same-day and in-region.”

The scalable warehouse, operated by SDV Logistics, will initially stock Next-Generation Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and ATR 72 inventory, as well as other high-demand avionics and aircraft components and engine parts.

Intertrade offers new and recertified aircraft components and engine parts for sale, exchange or lease. The company’s inventory covers multiple civilian and military equipment and aircraft manufacturers.
