RBR Maintenance Welcomes New Service Manager
Scott Carter to oversee King Air and Citation customers.

Dallas-based RBR Maintenance promoted Scott Carter to service manager for the King Air and Citation lines. He will oversee all maintenance projects and provide technical support to RBR King Air and Citation customers.


Carter joined RBR as a contract employee in October and was quickly hired full time. With nearly 30 years in aviation, he has extensive experience in aircraft maintenance management, including more than eight years of service management experience in Part 91 and Part 135 repair stations. Before starting his career, he served as an Air Force crew chief.


Carter is a pilot, earned an A&P certificate through Western Michigan University, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in aviation technology and a master’s degree in engineering. While pursuing his master’s degree, he worked as an instructor on campus and designed the university’s wind tunnel used in the engineering department.
