Stephen Foster has been named director of operations for Sabreliner Aviation. Foster, who joined the aerospace company earlier this year, is responsible for Sabreliner Aviation’s multi-site operation, based in Perryville, Mo. He brings to Sabreliner Aviation more than 15 years of operations and engineering leadership.

Before joining Sabreliner Aviation, Foster was operations manager for Eaton, in Mountain Home, Ark. Before that he was director of operations for Gulfstream Aerospace in Phoenix, Ariz. He also worked for Pratt & Whitney for more than 12 years, serving as a manufacturing engineer, director of engineering, operations manager and general manager.

Foster earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1999 and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University in 2008.
