For the second year in a row ExecuJet Middle East (Stand 575) has been named as overall best authorized service facility by Bombardier, and the company aims to remain at the top as the market evolves.

“The Middle East is a bright spot for business aviation, and we have to keep in mind that customer expectations always move upwards and their needs change,” said Mark Hardman, operations director for ExecuJet Middle East. “For example, international destinations such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Shanghai are becoming increasingly common destinations, alongside traditionally popular locations, such as London, Geneva, Istanbul, Nice and Paris.”

As part of its drive to maintain and enhance its respected position in the marketplace, ExecuJet is launching a loyalty scheme, starting on January 1. Operators and routing agents will be rewarded with a free handling service for every 50 handlings undertaken by any of ExecuJet’s 19 worldwide FBOs.
