Pro Aero Aviation, based in Kamloops, B.C., Canada, has completed the asset purchase of Stauffer Aero, a division of Heritage Aero (Calgary). The acquisition will enable Pro Aero Aviation to expand into new segments of the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft and helicopters.
Rob Wharf, owner/president of Pro Aero Aviation and Tim and Carol Morrison of Stauffer Aero announced the sale. Wharf said, “We’ve always respected Tim and Carol’s commitment to the certified piston-engine market and their high standards of quality and service. Stauffer Aero is well aligned with Progressive Air’s focus on quality and customer service.”
