Condition monitoring and technical analysis provider Spectro Jet-Care has launched a new online discussion forum for its clients, allowing them a place to share information regarding engine, fluid and debris analysis. “We are sure that the channel will facilitate the exchange of ideas and a wider debate in the latest trends,” said Alan Baker, the company’s sales and marketing manager. “Spectro Jet-Care always welcomes feedback from our customers, not just to enable us to identify areas where improvements can be made, but to help us develop new offerings.”

The company, which provides gas path analysis, oil, hydraulic fluid, fuel, chip and filter analysis, has laboratories in the U.K., U.S. and Switzerland. Spectro Jet-Care is also demonstrating its new webECHO online access portal here at the EBACE show (Booth 3029). Designed to be accessible to web-enabled computers, customers can monitor their analysis and trend information from any location.
