AeroEx Aids Operators With European Regulatory Compliance
AeroEx has partnered with Web Manuals to provide Web-based company operations manuals and updating services.
Joel Hencks (l) managing director of AeroEx and Martin Lidgard. Webmanuals CEO, are here at EBACE to demonstrate the functionality of their new recent product partnership.

AeroEx recently partnered with Web Manuals Sweden (both companies are at Booth 5843), which digitizes aviation company operations manuals and maintains them online, to provide a Web-based integrated compliance library that will ease the updating process for clients. As EASA changes are announced, AeroEx will automatically alert Web Manuals subscribers, and the system will highlight the exact section of the manual to which the changes apply. Malmö, Sweden-based Web Manuals, which is co-exhibiting with AeroEx, plans to open a U.S. office later this summer.

Web Manuals, which targets business aviation operators, offers digital manual creation, publication, distribution and maintenance. In some cases, authorities can even log into its system to review and approve the manuals, which can be easily revised. The company currently has 35 customers in Europe and the Middle East, with the latest, Zurich-based Premium Jet, announced here at EBACE.

Keeping up with the recent changes to European aviation regulations is crucial according to Switzerland-based AeroEx. The company which among its other aviation services, describes itself as a one-stop shop for EASA regulatory compliance, constantly monitors any revisions and alerts its customers of pertinent changes, saving them the time and effort of wading through the agency’s often confusing website.

Among the latest announced EASA revisions is the third-country operator rule, which will require foreign commercial air operator certificate holders to register with the agency and obtain prior authorization before flying to Europe. AeroEx will advise customers on how to comply with the requirement, as well as other new legislation involving safety and compliance-monitoring systems, operations manuals and training programs.
