Ontic has appointed Miami, Fla.-based Air Parts & Supply Company (Apsco) exclusive worldwide distributor for its line of Woodward governors/synchronizers/synchrophasers.

Under the terms of the agreement Apsco will be responsible for providing all spare parts and will be managing the logistics and inventories to provide same-day shipment. “We are delighted with our appointment as Ontic’s exclusive distributor for the Woodward product lines,” said Sheri Murray, Apsco’s president. “We look forward to bringing our well known and unparalleled customer service level to Ontic’s customers.”

Ontic has been supporting OEMs, including Woodward, for the last 50 years by providing a guaranteed source of factory-new, OEM-pedigreed parts and authorized repair services. The company has established a long-standing relationship with the OEMs by adopting legacy product lines and continuing to support the fleet.

Ontic has been granted licenses for worldwide parts manufacturing rights by Honeywell, Hamilton Sundstrand, Goodrich, Woodward, Moog, Parker, Eaton and a number of aerospace OEMs.
