Duncan Aviation is moving its Duncan Intelligence Live tech support function to the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) 57th Annual International Convention and Trade Show held March 12 to 15 in Nashville. Duncan Intelligence Live will feature Duncan Aviation’s avionics tech reps Curt Campbell, Dan Magnus, Scott McKenzie and Larry Troyer working one-on-one with aircraft owners and operators (Booth #604) during the hours the exhibition hall is open. In addition, Troyer and Campbell will each present basic troubleshooting seminars on autopilot maintenance and Magnus will give a presentation on radar troubleshooting.

“Were trying something different this year,” Campbell told AIN. “Normally we sit at our desks at Duncan and field telephone calls from people with broken airplanes. This year we’re bringing our desks with us and we’ll be operating our help center on location at the show. We’ll have telephones, computers and everything we need to do our day-to-day jobs on location. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with us personally. We want people to know about the service we provide and have a better understanding of what we can do for our customers. What better way than to let them see us do it in real time?”
