NBAA presented its Silk Scarf Award to Jay Mesinger, CEO and founder of Mesinger Jet Sales, on Thursday “in recognition of his exemplary efforts on behalf of NBAA and business aviation.” The award honors his grassroots advocacy work, his expertise in the international arena and his strong leadership as chairman of NBAA’s Associate Member Advisory Council. Mesinger, with 37 years of experience in the aviation industry, founded Mesinger Jet Sales more than 23 years ago and has developed it into an international aircraft brokerage firm.
