Yankee Pacific To Be Renamed Advent Aerospace

Yankee Pacific–a provider of custom structures, components and systems to the executive aircraft market since 2006–will be renamed Advent Aerospace, effective January 1. Advent means “the arrival of something new,” said managing director Ken Goldsmith. “And for us, Advent Aerospace means an ever-increasing emphasis on technology and innovation to bring great new products and services to our customers and offer new opportunities for our employees.

“While the name Yankee Pacific Aerospace was memorable from a geographic perspective, Advent Aerospace better reflects our dedication to pushing the boundaries of new product technology, service commitment and a customer-first attitude,” Goldsmith added.

The company provides engineered products and services to aircraft OEMs, major subcontractors, modification centers and aircraft owners and operators in the corporate, commercial and government aviation markets. It is headquartered in Rye, N.H., and has facilities in Florida, Oklahoma and Texas; its core businesses include Jormac Aerospace, Cabin Innovations and Aircraft Systems. “It is our solid base of core businesses that provides the critical platform for new developments at all levels of the company,” explained Goldsmith.
