TAG Engineering Le Bourget has joined Bombardier’s authorized service facility (ASF) network as an authorized line maintenance facility. The MRO is now able to provide line- and base-level maintenance services for the Learjet 60, Learjet 60XR, Challenger 300, Challenger 605, Global Express, Global Express XRS and Global 5000 as well as Global 5000 and Global 6000 equipped with the Bombardier Vision flight deck. It is the only Bombardier ASF at Le Bourget.
Eight Bombardier licensed technicians are based at the 19,300-sq-ft hangar and offer airframe inspections, avionics work, customer service, logistics, ramp services and troubleshooting. In addition to providing base and line maintenance for Bombardier aircraft, line maintenance is also available for other business aircraft.
“TAG Aviation has been a long-standing member of our ASF network in Europe and its facilities continuously provide Bombardier operators with high-quality maintenance services,” said Eric Martel, Bombardier’s president of customer services and specialized and amphibious aircraft.
TAG Aviation also has two heavy-maintenance centers in Geneva (Switzerland) and Farnborough (United Kingdom), which have been Bombardier ASFs since 1986 and 2006, respectively.
