Houston Executive Airport’s FBO Ready To Go
Henricksen Jet Center recently completed a 22,500-sq-ft terminal at the private airport.

Henriksen Jet Center at privately owned Houston Executive Airport is now fully operational, with the completion of its 22,500-sq-ft terminal. The FBO began operations in 2006 and has done business from temporary trailers ever since. The facility has the world’s largest arrivals canopy (at more than 32,000 sq ft large enough to shelter a pair of Boeing Business Jets parked side-by-side). The new terminal features owner Ron Henriksen’s Ferrari 333 racecar on display in the lobby and offers concierge service, a 14-seat A/V-equipped conference room, a theater room, plush crew lounge, a pair of snooze rooms, crew showers, luxury crew cars, rampside vehicle delivery and portable air conditioning carts.

A VIP valet parking garage is under construction, as is a 12,000-sq-ft hangar. When complete it will bring the total aircraft storage space to more than 180,000 sq ft. The facility is currently home to 18 business jets, ranging from an Eclipse to an Embraer Legacy 600. The Phillips 66-branded dealer, a member of the Paragon Aviation Group of independent FBOs, is staffed 24/7.
