Constant Aviation has increased its inventory of both rotables and piece parts to more than $30 million in the past year. It contains 90 percent of the top rotables for the Beechjet, 80 percent for the Hawker 800A/XP and 70 percent for the Citation X.

The company has also signed its 20th customer under the Care program, making the MRO the customer’s dedicated, 24-hour purchasing agent. “About 80 percent of the orders we receive are for AOGs. We understand these situations are unplanned and we work with the customer to alleviate as much of the frustration as possible,” Dana Seese, program manager of the Constant Aviation Rotable Exchange, told AIN. To that end the company offers real-time tracking on all orders and assigns each customer a dedicated expeditor who will follow the package through delivery to ensure no issues arise.
