Cleveland Hopkins International Airport-based Constant Aviation has been named a top-10 dealer for Aircell products. The MRO surpassed $1.5 million in sales with Aircell for 2012.
According to Constant Aviation president Stephen Maiden, 2012 “has proved to be a successful year for our avionics modification team. We reached a top-10 dealer position with Aircell in sales and secured four additional STCs.” He added, “We are in the final stages of completing the STC for the executive-configured Boeing 737 series. It will be the only available STC on the 737 series,” Maiden told AIN.
Completed STCs include the Hawker 800A/XP, 850XP, 900XP, the Citation X, the Phenom 300 and the EMB-135LR.
Maiden said the MRO will continue to invest in its modification business this year, adding engineers and draftsman to expand its modification offerings. “Our long-term goal is to offer our customers the upgrades they want and pursue the necessary STCs to make that happen,” he said.
