Chad started his writing career at The Avion,&nbsp;the&nbsp;student newspaper at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, serving as editor-in-chief before graduating with a bachelor's in aeronautical science. After a stint as managing editor at Professional Pilot&nbsp;magazine, he joined&nbsp;AIN in late 1998. Embraer Executive Jets announced on Friday that it recently made its first international delivery of a U.S.-assembled Phenom 100. The light jet went to Canadian businessman Tasso Kostelidis, who is an instrument-rated private pilot. He plans to use his Phenom 100 to connect his far-flung network of four distribution centers throughout Canada for his Montreal-based packaging and materials business company, Conglom. Two additional warehouses are under construction, and Kostelidis will fly his Phenom to check on their progress.
