Atlantic Aviation has completed a nine-month renovation of its FBO at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the lone service provider on the field. The more than $1 million project saw the extensive use of natural materials and the addition of more passenger seating areas, an Internet café and Wi-Fi throughout the facility. Other improvements include an upgraded pilot’s lounge and audiovisual equipment in the conference room. Attached to the facility and now serving as the site’s general manager’s office is the first airport control tower in the U.S. A similar upgrade is slated to begin this month at Atlantic’s Chicago Executive Airport location.
