Private flight brokering group Air Charter Service has launched a new website to offer access to empty-leg flights for Asian customers. Clients can browse www.emptylegasia.com for aircraft availability in the region or sign up for weekly email bulletins offering flights.  ACS has offices in Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, Russia, South Africa and Spain. The company expects to have booked more than 6,000 charters during 2011, bringing in $450 million in revenues.
