Bombardier Boosts Support in Asia and South America

Bombardier opened two new business aircraft regional support offices in Singapore and São Paulo, Brazil. The OEM has also expanded capabilities at its Sydney, Australia commercial aircraft regional support offices to include business aircraft. “Bombardier currently has more field service and support staff than any other business aircraft OEM. We have approximately 190 team members deployed internationally to support our customers. Our team consists of field service representatives, customer support account managers, customer liaison pilots, mobile response teams and regional support office administrators,” Andy Nureddin, v-p of customer services and support for Bombardier Business Aircraft, told AIN. “Our regional support offices serve as a local base of reference, or hub, for our operators. While our Customer Response Centre is open 24/7, regional support offices provide a unique opportunity to house Bombardier customer services staff who work on building relationships with customers and understanding their operating environment–in their time zone and in their language. Our regional support office team members are well versed in local avenues of support a customer may require in a region, be they authorized services facilities, parts depots or deployed field personnel.”
