The first annual CEPA Expo held by the Central Europe Private Aviation Association December 1 and 2 in Prague “made a very encouraging start,” according to CEPA founder Dagmar Grossman. Some 120 delegates attended the inaugural event, which covered topics ranging from education about the value of business aviation in the region, illegal charter, lack of finance for jets, aircraft values, fractional shares, airports and FBOs. “CEPA is going to be a very important organization in the future,” said Byron Severson, regional sales director for Hawker Beechcraft, which was lead sponsor of the event.
