Shell AeroClass Members Donate to Corporate Angel Network
At approximately 3:30 p.m.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. today, executives from Shell Aviation will present a $5,000 donation check to the Corporate Angel Network (CAN) at Booth No. C10235. The amount represents the value of points donated by members of Shell’s AeroClass pilot loyalty program over the past year.

“Corporate Angel Network’s sole purpose is to help cancer patients access the best possible treatment for their specific type of cancer by arranging free travel to treatment across the country using empty seats on corporate jets,” said Peter Fleiss, CAN executive director. “We depend on the generosity of many, including Shell AeroClass members, to arrange these flights.”

AeroClass members earn one point per gallon of fuel purchased at any of nearly 200 participating Shell FBOs. FBOs may also award promotional points at their discretion. Members can donate their points to the program’s selected charity or redeem their points for MasterCard gift cards. One thousand AeroClass points can be redeemed for a $10 MasterCard gift card, or other denominations can be redeemed up to a $100 gift card for 10,000 points.

Individuals over the age of 18 who reside in the U.S. may register for the AeroClass program by visiting www.shell.com/aeroclass/us.
