Fuel purchasing software developer FuelerLinx has launched the newest version of its fuel data tracking program. FuelerLinx 4.0 offers users networking capabilities in an application for mobile devices that allows for in-travel price comparisons. Flight departments can research contract fuel and FBO direct prices in real time, and the app synchronizes transactions, allowing pilots, dispatchers and bookkeepers to work together to manage fuel purchases. According to the San Francisco-based company, the app also pulls live ramp fee information from more than 500 participating FBOs, including purchase quantities required to waive the fees.
