The EASA has given Dubai-based ExecuJet Middle East the OK to add the Hawker 400XP, 700, 800, 900 series and 4000. The UAE General Civil Aviation Authority has also granted approval for the Hawker 800, 900 series and 4000. A spokesman for the MRO told AIN the latest additions join long-standing maintenance support for the Global 5000, Legacy 600 and 650, Gulfstream G150 and G200, Pilatus PC-12 and various Challengers and Learjets. “We are really pleased to have received these approvals, which enhance our overall capabilities in terms of offering Hawker support to the regional operators,” said Nick Weber, maintenance director. “Our maintenance facility in Dubai has significantly expanded lately and this additional certification will further improve the services that we can provide to our clients.” The operation more than doubled its maintenance capacity with the recent addition of a second hangar and now employs some 135 maintenance personnel. Also recently added was Indian DGCA 145 approval. ExecuJet Middle East is an authorized service facility for Bombardier, Embraer and Gulfstream. It is also a Honeywell engine/APU and avionics service center, Rockwell Collins business and regional systems dealer and Artex Level 1 service center.
