Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support (GCS) has announced the appointment of two new authorized service centers. Air Works of Mumbai International Airport in Mumbai, India, has been designated to support the Beechcraft King Air and the Hawker Beechcraft Premier in the region. Air Works is certified by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation under Civil Air Regulations CAR-145 and is a continuous airworthiness management organization for maintenance and management of fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft. Air Works’s aircraft maintenance capability ranges from single- and twin-engine helicopters to turboprops and jets encompassing both line and heavy maintenance services. GCS also announced it has appointed Hawker Pacific Ardmore in Auckland, New Zealand, to support a growing fleet of Beechcraft King Airs, Barons and Bonanzas in the region. It is the first HBC authorized service facility in New Zealand and joins an existing Hawker Pacific network that includes Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Hawker Pacific’s product support activities include MRO, structural modification, support services, engine maintenance, repair and overhaul, special-mission-aircraft modifications, design engineering, avionics parts and service, and the provision of spare parts, exchange rotables and equipment sales.
