Dassault Falcon has 13 regional maintenance and operations seminars planned in eight countries this year. “The goal is to provide a forum for the exchange of information,” said Jacques Chauvet, senior v-p of worldwide customer service. “Operators not only get to hear from Dassault specialists, but we are equally receptive to their feedback.” The one-day sessions include interaction with authorized service centers, vendors and partners. Certificates of attendance can be issued to participants to serve as credit for recurrent maintenance training. A spokesman for the company told AIN, “We work closely with the Operators Advisory Board to define and expand our format. It now includes 20 hours of information presented in separate model-specific, maintenance or operational sessions. This has grown from six hours of purely technical information presented during the day.” This yearĂs seminar locations are Rome; Phoenix; Seattle; Dallas; Geneva; Toluca, Mexico; Beijing; Atlanta; Mahwah, N.J.; Chicago; Mumbai, India; Toronto, Canada; and SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil. “The seminar locations are chosen not only for their geographic proximity to the existing customer base but also proximity to future growth markets,” said the spokesman.
