Blue Green Technology (BGT) has appointed Dubai's Alpha Global Industries (AGI) as the exclusive agent for BGT's Vigiplane aircraft security system in the Middle East and Africa. The companies signed the agreement at MEBA yesterday.

The Vigiplane, which attaches to a patented wheel-chock system, uses Doppler and infrared technologies to detect and record images of any activity within a user-defined radius around the device. The units are priced at $149,000 each and weigh 17 kilograms.
