Richard Santulli’s new helicopter leasing venture, Milestone Aviation Group, completed its first deal last month–a contract for two Sikorsky 76C++s for Brazil OGP operator Omni Taxi Aereo. The helicopters will be used to service offshore contracts with Petrobras.

Citing budget cuts, the Dallas police department will dispose of its Bell 407. It continues to operate a pair of Bell 206s. The 407 had been used for tactical missions, including ferrying the police’s Swat team.
