Bestselling author Dr. Ken Blanchard will be the keynote speaker at the NBAA’s 19th annual Leadership Conference, which is set for Feb. 23 to 24, 2011, in San Diego.

Blanchard has written more than 40 books on leadership, including The One Minute Manager (coauthored with Spencer Johnson), which has sold 13 million copies. In 1979, Blanchard and his wife Margie cofounded the Ken Blanchard Companies, a management training and consulting firm. He teaches in the Executive Leadership Program at the University of San Diego and is a visiting lecturer at Cornell University, where he received bachelor’s and doctorate degrees.
