Hawker Beechcraft Services Tuesday named JoinJet of Denmark as the launch customer for its Hawker 800XPR upgrade. JoinJet is the charter division of the airline Sun-Air of Scandinavia.

The XPR program offers "significant improvements over the performance and capability of the 800XP," according to Hawker Beechcraft, which said Hawker winglets and Honeywell TFE731-50R engines give the 800XPR "greater range, better time to climb and faster cruise speeds." Optional avionics and stylized interiors are available as part of the upgrade.
